Much about our work has changed in the last four months.
Our teams wear masks. We stand farther apart. We’ve canceled events and reorganized volunteer opportunities.
More importantly, hunger and the need for healthy food have increased as some of us are finding it difficult to afford –– or find –– groceries for the first time.
But this remains the same: Kanbe’s Markets is still committed to providing neighborhoods and individuals with fresh and affordable foods every day of the week.
Eight new Healthy Corner Store locations have been added to our daily fresh produce delivery route.
150,000+ pounds of fresh produce delivered to over 50 Healthy Communities partners helping to provide over 6,000 families with fresh food through the USDA Farmers to Families Food Box program.
