At Kanbe’s, we believe that food waste is an ugly, but fixable problem. Every year, millions of pounds of produce gets sent to landfills simply because of cosmetic flaws or surplus product.
That’s where we come in. In partnership with local wholesalers, we rescue thousands of pounds of produce every week. This year, our team has a goal of redirecting 1 million pounds of produce from landfills. Each ticket sold to the Ugly Dinner Series supports our produce redirection goal.
